I often receive emails of people asking why they haven't received their registration key. 3 things to do:
- Check that you have submitted your Hotsync ID with your payment. I can't generate a registration code without your Hotsync ID.
- Check your junk mail folder. Registration keys for software is a common theme in spam emails, and thus some spam filters can't make the difference between my email and nasty spam (such a shame...)
- Email me from another email account or on this forum. Some internet providers / email services may have weird filtering rules blocking my email. Give me more chances to get back to you!

I am in need of re-acquiring my registration code, if that is possible. My purchase took place some 4+ yrs ago. Anyway, more details of the issue, (including my two possible Hotsync IDs), exist in my previous communication.
