April Fool!!!
Apr 01, 2009 12:12
Maybe today is a good day to make sarcastic jokes about how well SyncroPoolp renders all my tracks on a MacIntel machine.
Or about how great those tracks sound with phasearrays recent plug-ins.
Or about how great everybody's bjms sound through SyncroPoolp.
Or about how active the community is and how responsive everyone is to unanswered posts. And how fun it is to check back on my posts everyday for two weeks only to give up.
Or the time spent staring at a half finished post only to delete it and say who gives.
Or about what a nice guy I am.
Or about how smart I am.
Or about my death by crucifixion wish.
Or how deliciously sweet my shoes taste whilst I sit on the banks watching smoldering iron sink to the bottom of the river knowing that I really enjoy and appreciate the idea of what was the other side.
Or what an inspiring change the Oblique Strategies patcher has brought to my save screen.
Or about the fact that I hit submit.
But it matters not.
There are starving children out there somewhere.
What would be better than letting me have it?
Ignoring this post.
All Apologies
-KSD

In such situations, I find the following video extremely helpful.

huh, is this a sneak diss?!
the phasearray plugs sound spectacular...
check joeb's Corrosion Rock:
http://www.bhajis-garden.org/song.php?id=368
and i'll be sharing some tracks featuring AlleyGate soon
as with anything, you just gotta play with them a bit to figure them out
but maybe i've mis-read your post, sorry if that is the case : )

No diss. It's just all frustration that I'm not sure how to express.
SynchroPoolp doesn't work on IntelMacs.
And phasearrays plug-ins don't work within SynchroPoolp on a PPC machine.
Just a lot of issues that make me sound like a nagging mac snob.
Guess I need a PC.

Hi,
I'm not sure which version of Synchropoolp you use, but it *does* work on an intel Mac (this is what I have at home and this is how I listen to all the new songs posted on the garden).

version 1.0 is what I got out of the thread "New Squid in the Dock". If there is a newer version, I'm unaware of it.
Mine plays static. Violent Hissy Static.

ey Kosoto, that kinda sucks
but you don't *have* to use Synchropoolp...i've only used it a handful of times, and not in the past 18 months or so
i export my renders to the SD card, takes awhile but it does the trick, then drag them onto my harddrive.
: )

now ^ that IS a valid criticism, which we should address.
anyone have any ideas on how to get the Garden more active?
there must be heaps of people using Bhajis semi-regularly...we should be exchanging tips, .bji's, .bjm's, funny anecdotes, etc
i figure most Bhajis users are web-savvy too, where are you guys?! don't be shy

I never guessed to look in the News for this.
Version still says 1.0 in the About screen.
Is this the most recent?
